Brian Klotz, Service Advisor - Wrigley's Garage Since joining Wrigley's Garage in November 2017, Brian Klotz has been a standout team member known for his dedication to learning and excellence in customer service. He holds an impressive array of certifications-more than the rest of the staff combined-including ASE certifications in Auto Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Automobile Parts Specialist (P2), and Automobile Service Consultant (C1), along with 49 additional automotive-related credentials. Brian's extensive technical knowledge and commitment to professional development make him an invaluable resource at the shop. Outside the garage, he enjoys camping, biking, and building remote-controlled cars, trucks, and planes.

Eric Stradley, Lead Automotive Technician - Wrigley's Garage Eric Stradley brought over 13 years of dealership experience with brands like Jaguar Land Rover, Kia, Dodge, Hyundai, and GMC when he joined Wrigley's Garage in February 2024. As a Lead Automotive Technician, Eric's expertise in diagnostics and mechanical systems is backed by certifications including Jaguar Land Rover Level 1 and Kia Engine Mechanical & Body Network Diagnostics. His passion for technology extends beyond vehicles-Eric also enjoys building computers, gaming, and staying active with hobbies like skateboarding, snowboarding, and frisbee golf. Family time is also a top priority for Eric, rounding out his well-balanced lifestyle.

Hunter Bone, Automotive Technician - Wrigley's Garage Hunter Bone joined Wrigley's Garage in December 2024, bringing hands-on experience from previous roles at dealerships and Firestone. Now part of the technician team, Hunter is actively pursuing his ASE certifications to expand his skill set even further. Known for his reliability and passion for the trade, he plays an essential role in day-to-day shop operations. Outside of work, Hunter enjoys the outdoors-hunting, fishing, and kayaking are among his favorite pastimes. He and his wife are also excited to welcome their first child this fall.

Cindy Carlstrom, Service Advisor - Dunn's Service Cindy joined the team at Dunn's Repair on April 28, 2025. Cindy has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, most recently the shop manager at NAPA in Hinckley. Cindy grew up in the Shabbona area and has two sons and lives in Waterman. Outside work, Cindy enjoys spending time with family, friends, and the hunt pack. She enjoys going to concerts and taking care of bottle calves on the farm.

Travis Koeppen, Lead Automotive Technician - Dunn's Service Travis joined the team at Dunn's Repair on October 2021, Travis has over 6 years of experience in automotive repair and has worked for Brad Manning Ford. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree at SIU, specialty in Automotive Technology, and has received his MACS A/C Certification. Outside of work, Travis enjoys drifting, golf, cooking, and traveling with his lovely wife.
